RETURN POLICY

We offer a full refund, less shipping expenses, within the first 14 days of receiving your product, on all brand new, unused condition products.   All original packaging and accessories must accompany your return along with the original copy of your purchase invoice. Exchanges or store credit will be given for defective or damaged products, within 15 days of receiving your items.

Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping charges for returned items and mailing of return shipments is at the purchasers expense. We are not responsible for lost packages upon return, and we highly suggest sending your package with insurance and a signature required so that your package is trackable.

Confirmation of receipt will be emailed to you once your return has arrived back at our stores.  We will issue a refund to you in the method of payment used for the original purchase after confirming the goods.

Any products with a manufacturer’s warranty will be dealt directly by the manufacturer.

Please note that any discounted or clearance items are final sale.

 Due to Ontario’s strict policies regarding the sale of Vaporizers and electronic products, we highly recommend reaching out to us or doing research before making a purchase.  We do not return used vaporizers unless they are damaged or defective as per our above policy.
